We would recomand this place. In our opinion, it’s a cosy base for travelling to Loughborough. The venue has quiet setting close to the town center. Also, the apartment is just off a supermarket and garage for fuel, the shop downstairs, and the clinic.

The apartment was spacious with three separate bedrooms. The beddings and towels provided were comfortable and clean. I particularly loved the bed, it was so cozy! Additionally, the location of the apartment was convenient for us.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The check-in process was a bit complicated with the long document to sign and the security deposit required.

Fab apartment with spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds. the big LG TVs in each room were a nice touch. I loved the user, friendly kitchen and the decor with mood lighting. the apartment had two bathrooms, which was convenient. the communication with Rupert was prompt and easy to follow. the sunny south, facing lounge offered a view of busy daytime foot and road traffic, and there were blinds and curtains to shut them out when needed. a lovely apartment in a great location. No parking on, site, but the nearby Tesco's car park was just a short walk away, so it wasn't an issue. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

The apartment at Fab in Loughborough was fantastic! It had all the resources I needed, from cleaning equipment to hand wash. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, and there was convenient parking at the nearby Tesco. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.
One small downside was the lack of a recycling bin, which would have been nice to have. Additionally, it would have been great to have some oil and vinegar provided for cooking.

A perfect place to laze all day with a solar heated pool, hot tub, and bbq area. Enormous terrace. Excellent location close to attractions.
Who needs parking when you can use a supermarket car park? So safe.

This spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment exceeded our expectations. the big LG TVs in each room kept our kids entertained, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. the user-friendly kitchen and well-equipped amenities made cooking a breeze. Plus, the decor and mood lighting created a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of parking right outside. the communication from Rupert was prompt and easy to follow. the sunny south-facing lounge offered a great view of the bustling foot and road traffic during the day, and the blinds and curtains provided privacy when needed. the nearby pizza place across the road served excellent pizzas, perfect for a family night in.
From the moment we stepped inside, we felt immediately at home. There was no reason to complain about anything.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The host has put in a lot of effort to keep the place clean and tidy. It felt like a home away from home.
Although there were a few minor issues, such as a leak from the bathroom downstairs and a shower that needed fixing, they didn't affect our overall experience.
